Another hour long
ride this morning on a
new virtual bike which cost
568,000 "sweat drops", now I need to
to work for new virtual wheels but I must earn
another 178,000 "sweat drops" to get them. Mean-
while, I took Abby for another run after a
long ride in the golf cart.

spin bike. Made myself a
chili and rice lunch. Took
Abby to the storage area for
a run. Finally, took Gwen to
"Craft 22" British Fish and Chips,
a new restaurant in Roseburg.

One of the commentators referred to the
last four years as "dystopian". That caused me to
check Webster: "an imagined world or society in which people lead wretched, dehumanized, fearful lives". I couldn't agree more about the last four years!

day. Gwen won a can of almonds
at BiMart. She also got more fabric at
the quilt store. The big event was washing
Abby at the Tractor Supply Store. We continued

We spent much of the
day watching a very sad part of American history.
A group of Trump supporters stormed the
capitol building to interupt the counting of
the electorial college votes. Four people died.
One was shot, the other three died from health
related problems. I can't wait for the movie
which details the lies, incompetence and immaturity
of this worst president in American history.

day so thank goodness
for NFL games. Abby is
bored and wet. I rode only
11 miles of a 31 mile route
on Zwift with more than
1000 other riders. I need to
save something for a ride with
the guys tomorrow.
