January 5, 2006: Moving day, end of vacation, back to Grants Pass. The low temperature was taken in Gold Beach and the high temperature was somewhere between the coast and Grants Pass. Our last view of the ocean.

January 4, 2006: Today is a great day for a drive to Brookings. Take a look at the temperatures, this is what happens on the coast in the winter when there are no storms. Brookings is 25 miles to the south of Gold Beach and the largest city in the area.

January 3, 2006: Back to rain and wind gusts to 60 MPH. I did some indoor chores before we did some shopping and a beach hike.

January 2, 2006: Although this day began with heavy rain, hail and wind before sunrise, the rest of the day was mostly sunny with a few light clouds. The weather made it a very nice day with great views.
