We had an appointment for Abby to get groomed but the groomer cancelled. Gwen and I took Abby to the Tractor Supply Company to use their pet wash station for $9.99. The rest of the afternoon I used to finalize the StoryWorth project my daughter gave to me. Then I watched Oregon State Beavers destroy Idaho in football. That's when we learned Gwen's son Dave and Brook were on there way to visit and shop. We met them at Costco and then for dinner. We spent all afternoon and evening with them. Later I watched Oregon Ducks embarass Stoney Brook. I completed the repair of an entry step just in time to turn on Thursday night football to see Washington beat New York Giants in the last second. I had to go thru the bathroom window with the pressure nozzle and carefully spray through the toilet. _____________________________________ Wednesday, September 1, 2021 My day began with a short 19 mile bike ride around what I call The Rochester Bridge Loop. The Gwen wanted to visit Costco in Roseburg. While there, we returned recycle, picked up our favorite almond milk on sale at Safeway. I had a special bolt I needed to make the new bike rack work so I visited the best nut and bolt hardware store in all of Oregon. I found exactly what I was looking for.
