passed over us last week started several
wildfires. Sutherlin is getting much of the
smoke from these fires.

Watching stage 2 of the
Tour of Spain bicycle race this morning.
This is another 21 stage European
bike race with some of the same
top international cycling teams as in
the Tour de France. A ride in the golf cart and hike
through the forest with Abby came next.
The wildfire smoke was really bad again today
so we spent the rest of the day inside watching movies.

I decided this morning to treat us
to a McDonald's breakfast so I could
try the new mobile APP. If in a hurry
for a cheap breakfast, the "Big Breakfast"
is not a bad choice. We have many new wildfires
around us today causing our Air Quality Index (AQI)
to increase to unhealthy levels.

I have been struggling with
"Turf Toe". I have no idea when the
injury occurred. I looked up the treatment
which is "RICE". Rest, ice, compression and elevation.
Fortunately there were plenty of NFL football
games to watched while I did my RICE.
