July 24, 2005: I removed the huge 27" TV which came with our fifth wheel. It is a rediculous TV for this coach and used as a sales gimick, I'm sure. I hope you are not persuaded to buy a particular RV by a $199 27" heavy, bulky, TV. We have other ideas for this area and for a TV in the main living area. You'll see those sometime in the future. It took great effort to get this TV out of the living area.

July 23, 2005: Today is part 2 of my parents visit. We rented a "cruiser" to sight-see Howard Prairie Lake. It's an ugly boat but it took us for a good ride and we felt safe at all time.

July 22, 2005: I promised a detailed report of my parents visit about two weeks ago. Today's What' New is part one of that visit. Also today is the last day of Internet access until Monday so I'm posting Saturday and Sunday's What's New today. Do you understand the need for satellite Internet yet? Right now we have to depend upon others for our Internet connection. That's why Gwen and I are investigating satellite Internet. I will be making a report soon about our research.

July 21, 2005: It figures, my Internet access was down on Thursday so this is being posted on Friday. I want you to meet Malia. She has become a friend from the Internet. We specifically drove to meet her in Prospect Oregon to see her mobile satellite Internet connection and get her advice. Please scroll to the bottom of our Internet friends page to meet Malia.

July 20, 2005: Gwen has added another page to her full time RV experience. This story is about a lady living at the resort. She is well beyond retirement years but chooses to make knitting her "work". She must have set some sort of record for things knitted.

July 19, 2005:
While touring the Great North American RV Rally it's difficult not to want to buy, buy, buy the RV gadgets on display. Well, I made one major purchase. Today's What's New describes that accessory.

July 18, 2005: What a great time I had at the Great North American RV Rally these past few days. Today's What's New will give you an idea of what it was like. It was truly the RV'ers "Disneyland". My report is in two parts however I need your help for part 2. Please continue to part 2 to learn what help I need. Can you believe the temperatures? We are finally opening all windows and/or running our air conditioning for the first time. We've learned that the AC works ... good news since this is a used fifth wheel.
