in fifth grade in

August 20, 2011: We began the
day with a hour long Skype video
conference with Ben, Kim and their 2 year old Great-Granddaughter who
live in Reno. I wanted "razzle-dazzle" to show them their upgraded computer and Internet connection were worth while. What fun that was. Next, we drove to the fitness center where Dad could work on fitness machines for the third time this week. Then we took my Mother shopping before a short rest and dinner followed by our favorite card game.

a big day for the older Prohaskas. I
installed an ATT DSL network for
them. They've been on dial-up for 15 years which kept them from
enjoying the many benefits
the Internet offers in
addition to eMail.

my Dad and I did some
exercise today. I went for
a 22 mile bike ride while
Dad went to the fitness
center and used a pedal
machine.
