May 30, 2010: Today was for the usual exercise routine, correcting college class assignments, watching highlights of the French Open Tennis Tournament and a short evening hike.

May 29, 2010: It was hot today, a good time to visit the Santa Rosa Softball Tournament. Fortunately, a nice cooling thunderstorm was threatening by the time we arrived at the fields. That didn't stop the softball though.

May 27, 2010: How excited can you get about a food market? Our favorite location in Oregon was Winco Foods because of their "third country" pricing. We also always felt the produce section was good. Now we have found a market on the opposite end of the price scale. It's called Whole Foods Market with a customer target of those who are looking for healthy food products and suggestions. We are still in the amazement stage.

May 26, 2010: We had to visit Tucumcari, New Mexico, mostly because we wanted to say we had been to Tucumcari! We visited old town which is half empty. They have a cool unused train depot, however. Route 66 goes through one end of town and many of the motels and restaurants try to market the nostalgia.
