January 30, 2009: We have been watching the Australian Open Tennis Tournament. This weekend will be the final with Serina and Safina in the women's final with Nadal and Federer in the men's final. Roger Federer is always my favorite. So along with the superbowl, tennis will make this an exciting sports weekend.

January 29, 2009: More meetings today. The most exciting thing about the day was finding a copy of "Solar Charging Batteries in an RV" in the county library and buying a hydrometer at the hardware store. The book has been around for a while but still has some good information.

January 28, 2009: Another long meeting day with little time for anything else. The most exciting thing for the day was Gwen cleaning out our "important papers" box and working on a potential budget for our retirement months to learn if we will have enough income to survive.

January 27, 2009: Another all day meeting. After arriving home, I drained the freshwater holding tank. I had put bleach into the tank in Bishop, then drain most from the tank and refilled. The chlorine odor was still present so I drained and refilled it again. As Gwen say, that should kill all germs for the next five years.

January 26, 2009: I returned to work today. Of course I had hundreds of emails and several voicemails to check. Yet, I had to attend an all day meeting which kept me from doing anything in my office. I was cold all day, this winter Oregon weather will take getting use to.
