Sunday: December 29, 2013:
The last day of this week has been a busy one. When we purchased the Alumascape the microwave/convection oven worked but the display did NOT work making it difficult with settings. Still, it worked. Yesterday we were cooking a turkey breast in the convection oven and the oven died after making some crackling sounds. I removed it today and we've been shopping for a replacement. Gwen was pretty picky, I was just wanting something the same size to fill the opening. We both won but I still need some supports to make it perfect. We've also been looking for a "range" to replace the stove top since it has no oven. We discovered a perfect choice on eBay, made a bid and won. I'll show that installation after the range arrives. Last, we watched the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Dallas Cowboys.

Yes, Gwen DID go with me
to the Arizona Marketplace
but I ended up stalled in
one store while Gwen walked
three aisles of stores.

Thursday: December 26, 2013:
I got to drive around Yuma
visiting RV supply stores
and look for bargains. Like
Quartzsite, there are many
"Swap meet" style street vendors
in this town, they are just spread
across town in vendor malls
instead of filling the town
like Quartzsite.

Christmas Eve day is relaxing.
The park set out luminarias,
we picked up items for the
pot luck tomorrow, we get
to watch Oregon State in
the Hawaii Bowl and take
a dip in the hot tub.
