October 1, 2006: We are using Craig's List to begin putting all our household belongs up for sale. Check out what I did today. Look in the "for sale" category, furniture, tools, household, and electronics. Look for the October 1 date ... most everything in that date is from our house.

September 30, 2006: Today was a special day. Gwen and I drove to Grants Pass where our home is located to accept an offer to purchase. It has been on the market since March and in some ways we feel lucky to have an offer with the slow real estate sales. I never count on a real estate sale until I see the money in the bank but these folks are wanting escrow to close soon so we may be full time RV before the end of October.
