We had a surprise rain today. Not much
but enough to change our plans for the day.
I continued to remove the Prickly Pear cactus
which happens to be in the wrong location. I also
visited Home Depot looking for an underground method
to water the few plants we have out back. Finally, I visited
the Holistic Animal Care store looking for their selection
of dog food.

I worked on removing prickly pear cactus to prepare
the area for a different specie of cactus. I washed the
deck, did laundry and found a ladder I had been looking for
sale in the park. I then found three others for partners in
the ladder so we split the $100 cost four ways. We all felt good
about the purchase because it is in new condition and cost
$220 plus tax, new. Gary will be the first partner to use it.

Our morning began with a breakfast
provided by the supporters of our park
library as a fund raising event for the library.
My afternoon was volunteering to help print photos
for the photo club members.

I am obligated to help with the
RCE photo club each afternoon today
and tomorrow. Before helping I rode north
on the Loop for a round trip total of 20 miles.
I discovered there was water in the Rillito River
which is unusual. The photo club will display hundreds
of photos in a few weeks and it is my job to help print those
photos on the new high end printer acquired by the club.
